First session at the pond! 🎣 Started on the method feeder, but it was slow, so I set up a pellet waggler. Typical luck—as soon as the waggler hit the water, the method rod burst into life! After losing one and getting snapped off on another, I finally netted a nice 1–2lb mirror carp. Swapped the pellet waggler for a standard setup with sweetcorn and picked up a sweet wee tench. Then, right as I was packing away, the rod bent double—finishing the day with a lovely 6lb common carp!
